The San Antonio Rampage split a pair of games over the weekend, getting a win over the Ontario Reign (–) and falling to the San Diego Gulls (–) in California over the weekend.
In case you missed it, here’s a recap of both games:
Friday: RAMPAGE 4, Ontario 2
The Rampage kicked off the weekend with a 4-2 win over the Reign at Citizens Bank Arena on Friday. Jordan Kyrou recorded a three-point game as he, Jordan Nolan, Jakub Jerabek, and Bobby MacIntyre all had goals in the win.
San Antonio had 52 shots on goal and went 3-for-5 on the power play.
Saturday: RAMPAGE 4, San Diego 5
The Rampage closed out the weekend with a 5-4 loss to the Gulls at Pechanga Arena on Saturday night, despite holding a lead two different times on the night.
San Antonio led 2-0 in the first and 3-2 in the third but three straight goals from the Gulls in the third period would the undoing for the Rampage.
Olsen (8), Nolan (13), MacIntyre (6), and Thorburn (2) all had goals for San Antonio in the loss.
The split saw the Rampage move their Rodeo Trip record to 2-3-3 with just two games remaining.
