HIGHLIGHTS:
DENTON – The UTSA Roadrunners lost more than just the game as they opened conference play with a 45-3 loss to the North Texas Mean Green (2-2, 1-0) on Saturday night at Apogee Stadium.
The Roadrunners turned the ball over four times, leading to Mean Green scores. Tre Siggers ran for a one yard score, giving the home team an early lead. UTSA quarterback Frank Harris was injured on the second play of the game and was replaced by Lowell Narcisse.
North Texas blew the game open in the second quarter as they scored 17 points, going up 24-0 before UTSA added a field goal before halftime.

The Roadrunners now 1-3 (0-1, C-USA) and will have a week off before facing UTEP on October 5 in El Paso.
