Turgeon loaned to Cincinnati Cyclones

San Antonio Rampage forward Tony Turgeon is close to returning to action, so to prepare he is on a conditioning assignment.

Rampage General Manager Eric Joyce announced on Thursday the team has loaned Turgeon to the ECHL affiliate Cincinnati Cyclones as part of a conditioning assignment.

Turgeon was injured on December 9 and has missed eight games and has played in seven games with San Antonio this season.

The Rampage are currently 18-10-3-0 (39 points) on the season and will play tonight against the Toronto Marlies at 6 p.m.
