HIGHLIGHTS:

SAN ANTONIO – The Trinity Tigers used a dominant fourth quarter to defeat Austin College 52-35 on Saturday afternoon in conference action.


The Tigers opened the scoring by going 61 yards in just six plays as quarterback Wyatt Messex found Tommy Levine for a 33-yard touchdown reception. Following a safety, Trinity took a gamble and went for a touchdown, scoring from nine yards out, going up 14-2.

Trinity would use a dominate fourth quarter, outscoring Austin College 24-13 to grab the win.

UP NEXT:

Trinity is now 3-2 (2-1, SAAC) on the season and will return to the field in two weeks when they hit the road to face Millsaps at 2 p.m.
