Stars waive forward Danielle Adams

The San Antonio Stars have waived forward Danielle Adams, the team announced late Friday afternoon.

Adams spent five seasons with the Silver and Black, averaging 11.4 points and 4.3 rebounds in 20.9 minutes.

“We would like to thank Danielle for her five years with the Stars organization and wish her the best in the future,” Stars Head Coach Dan Hughes said.


The Stars will open the 2016 preseason next Wednesday against the Atlanta Dream in Connecticut. The team will begin the regular season on Saturday, May 14 against the Dream at the AT&T Center at 7 p.m.
