The San Antonio Stars are looking for a much-needed win before the All-Star break and a visit to Tulsa may do the trick.
San Antonio (11-11) has been blown out their past two games after winning three of their previous four. Their latest defeat was a 90-61 loss to the Phoenix Mercury on Sunday afternoon that saw the Stars score their fewest points of the season.
The Shock (7-15) will be playing the second night of a back-to-back that saw them fall 93-82 loss to the Minnesota Lynx on Wednesday night.
San Antonio has won the two previous meetings this season, both at the AT&T Center. In both meetings, the game was decided in the final two minutes with Stars rookie Kayla McBride hitting her first game-winning basket of her young career.
Skylar Diggins has a total of 37 points in the last two games against San Antonio.
The Stars and Shock are set to tip things off at 11:30 a.m. central time inside the BOK Center. Check back later this afternoon for Stephen Anderson’s post-game report.
