The San Antonio Stars suffered an 82-77 loss to the Dallas Wings in front of 7,795 fans inside College Park Center on Saturday evening, keeping the Silver and Black winless on the season.

Kayla McBride finished with a game-high 29 points on 8-of-16 shooting. Sydney Colson and Kayla Alexander each added 11 for San Antonio, who outscored Dallas 25-19 in the final quarter.

San Antonio (0-3) tried to rally late, but Frida Eldebrink missed two potential tying 3-pointers in the final seconds as Dallas used free throws to seal the win.

The Wings (3-1) were led by Odyssey Sims who finished with 23 points. Skylar Diggins made her return after 11 months of knee rehabilitation and had just one point in 12 minutes of action.

Up next: The Stars will return home to welcome the reigning MVP Elena Delle Donne and the Chicago Sky to the AT&T Center on Friday evening at 7 p.m.
