Stars fall to Sparks in preseason finale

The San Antonio Stars fell 73-59 in their preseason finale to the defending WNBA champion Los Angeles Sparks inside Pasadena College on Saturday night.

Isabelle Harrison was the lone player in double figures for the Stars with 22 points. San Antonio was without stars Kayla McBride and Moriah Jefferson due to overseas commitments. The Stars finish the preseason 1-1.

The Stars will open the 2017 regular season next Saturday at 2 p.m. against the New York Liberty inside Madison Square Garden.
