The San Antonio Stars are in Atlanta to face the Dream tonight at 6 p.m. as the two winless teams are searching for their first victory of the 2015 season.
Atlanta (0-2) comes into the game off a 75-70 home loss to the Connecticut Sun on Sunday. The Dream had 25 turnovers in the loss to the Sun, but out-rebounded them 51-21. Atlanta is averaging 71.5 points on 36.3 percent shooting through two games.
San Antonio (0-1) lost their lone game of the 2015 season last Friday to the defending champion Phoenix Mercury 76-71. Jia Perkins led the Stars with 20 points, including 11 in the final quarter. Last season, the Sixth Woman of the Year runner up averaged 12.5 points for the silver and black.
Last season, the Stars went 0-2 against Atlanta, losing both games by an average of six points. Angel McCoughtry averaged 19.5 points in the two meetings against San Antonio.
