The San Antonio Stars have acquired guard Samantha Logic from the Atlanta Dream in exchange for a 2016 second-round draft pick, the team announced on Sunday.
Logic was selected 10th overall in the 2015 WNBA Draft by the Dream. She played her college career at the University of Iowa, where she averaged 13.4 points, 7.0 rebounds and 8.1 assists per game in her senior season.
In addition, the silver and black have waived guard Brittany Hrynko. She appeared in five games with the Stars, averaging 3.0 minutes per game.
The Stars are 2-8 on the season and will return to the court on July 8 when they welcome the Los Angeles Sparks to Freeman Coliseum at 7 p.m.
