San Antonio Rampage goaltender Spencer Martin has been named the CCM/AHL Player of the Week, the league announced on Monday.
Martin stopped 91 of 94 shots through three starts and posted a 0.99 goals-against average and a .968 save percentage.
The 20-year-old had a a 30-save performance against the Grand Rapids Griffins on Tuesday night and made 37 saves in a 3-0 win over the Bakersfield Condors on Saturday night and followed that up with a 24-save game against the Texas Stars on Easter Sunday.
This season, Martin has a 7-7-1 record with a 2.65 goals-against average, a .921 save percentage and three shutouts through 18 games with the Rampage.
The Rampage are now 28-33-8-0 on the season and will return to the ice on Friday night when they face the Rockford IceHogs at 7 p.m.
