San Antonio FC announces preseason schedule

San Antonio FC has announced their 2016 preseason schedule, which will see them play six matches.

The club will return to the pitch on February 11 against the University of the Incarnate Word at Toyota Field in a closed match to the public. Last season, SAFC defeated UIW 3-0 in preseason play, in their first of three closed matches.

The club will return to Toyota Field the following week to face St. Edwards University in another closed match on Feb. 18. SAFC will embark on a road trip to Florida for two matches against Minnesota United FC (MLS) and Orlando City B (USL).


On March 11, the club returns to Toyota Field to face Tulsa Roughnecks FC (USL) In a preseason match open to the public and free for Season Ticket Members and will close out preseason play on March 18 against RGV Toros on the road.

San Antonio FC will return to the pitch in March for their second season in the USL.
