SAFC signs Victor “PC” Giro for 2020 USL Championship season


San Antonio FC has signed midfielder Victor “PC” Giro for the 2020 USL Championship season, the team announced on Wednesday afternoon.

PC joins SAFC after spending the 2019 season with the Vancouver Whitecaps of the MLS, where he posted one assist and played 812 minutes in his 18 appearances.

“As a staff, we are very excited to welcome PC to the SAFC Family,” said SAFC Head Coach Alen Marcina. “PC brings notable playing experience, fierce competitiveness and a proactive mindset in and out of possession. PC demands the high-level performance of himself and teammates and will serve as an essential component of the on-field team identity.” 

PC joins newcomers Hayden Partain, Connor Maloney, Hunter Gorskie and Jesus Enriquez along with returning players Jose Gallegos, Leo Torres, Kai Greene, Josh Yaro, Matt Cardone, Cristian Parano and Ebenezer Ackon.
