FRISCO, TX — San Antonio FC officially opened their preparation for the 2022 USL Championship season on Saturday afternoon in Frisco, falling 0-6 to FC Dallas in their preseason opener.

Jáder Obrian opened the scoring in the fourth minute off the assist from Ferreira to put the home team up early. Obrian added a second goal just two minutes later to make it a two-goal lead for Dallas.

Ferreira made it a 3-0 game from 12 yards out in the 29th minute and added another just four minutes later to complete the hat-trick.


The second half continued to be a dominating half by the home side. Paul Arriola finalized the scoring in the 68th minute with a goal from the right side of the pitch.

UP NEXT:

San Antonio FC is now 0-1-0 in preseason play and will return to the pitch next Sunday at Toyota Field to face Houston Dynamo 2 at 1 p.m.
