San Antonio FC will be teaming up with Nike Soccer as the team’s official uniform provider, Managing Director Tim Holt announced on Friday.
As part of the multi-year deal, Nike Soccer will provide player jerseys, training gear and athletic wear for San Antonio FC and its developmental teams. Additionally, it was announced that The Soccer Factory will serve as the Headquarters for San Antonio FC gear.
“San Antonio FC is thrilled to join forces with Nike Soccer as we usher in a new era of professional soccer in the Alamo City,” said Holt. “Nike is an innovative sports company that leads through quality and performance, which is precisely what San Antonio FC strives to establish itself as within the American soccer landscape. It is with great pride that we will walk onto the pitch at Toyota Field for the first time on April 9 in our Nike kits.”
The Soccer Factory will also manage online merchandise sales and be in charge of gameday merchandising at Toyota Field.
“We want to thank the SAFC organization for giving The Soccer Factory the opportunity to continue to grow and service San Antonio Soccer,” said Soccer Factory Owner Lucy Ontiveros. “It’s a privilege and honor to be associated with a well-respected organization.”
San Antonio FC will open their first season in the Alamo City on the road April 3 against the Seattle Sounders 2 before returning home for their home opener on April 9 against the Swope Park Rangers at Toyota Field.
