The San Antonio Rampage announced on Monday the team has agreed to terms with goaltender Adam Wilcox for the 2019-2020 season.
Wilcox joins the Rampage after spending playing 28 games for the Rochester Americans during the 2018-19 season, where he had a record of 13-8-5 and a 2.82 goals-against average.
The 26-year-old was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning and has played in the American Hockey League with the Syracuse Crunch, Springfield Thunderbirds, and Americans. In his AHL career, Wilcox owns a 59-42-23 record with four shutouts, a 2.86 goals-against average, and a .900 save percentage.
The Rampage will open the 2019-20 season on October 4 at the AT&T Center against the Manitoba Moose with puck drop scheduled for 7:00 pm Central Time.
