The San Antonio Rampage have signed forwards Charlie Sampair and Jared Thomas to AHL contracts, the team announced on Tuesday.
Sampair appeared in two games with the Rampage during the 2017-18 season, posting an assist. He tallied 32 goals and 61 points in 71 games with the ECHL’s Tulsa Oilers last season prior to joining San Antonio.
Thomas will make his professional debut after spending his college career with the University of Minnesota-Duluth, where he tallied 11 goals in 43 games. He appeared in one game for the Rampage in the 2017-18 season.
The Rampage will drop the puck on the 2018-19 season on October 6 when they welcome the Grand Rapids Griffins to the AT&T Center at 7 p.m. The team will play a home preseason game against the Texas Stars on September 26 at 7:30 p.m.
