The San Antonio Rampage have signed forward Austin Poganski to an amateur tryout contract, the team announced on Thursday.

Through 40 regular season games, Poganski posted 11 goals and nine assists while serving as team captain during the 2017-18 season. Overall during his four-year career at the University of North Dakota, he has tallied 37 goals and 47 assists. He also lifted North Dakota to the NCAA Championship during the 2015-16 season.

The Rampage will return to the ice on Friday night when they open up a two-game series against the Stockton Heat at 7:30 p.m. CST.
