Rampage recall Mason Geertsen from Fort Wayne

The San Antonio Rampage have recalled defenseman Mason Geertsen from their ECHL affiliate, Fort Wayne Komets, the team announced on Wednesday morning.

The 20-year-old began the season with San Antonio, tallying three assists in 29 games. Since he was reassigned to Fort Wayne, he scored his first professional goal on January 31.

The Rampage are currently 21-21-7-0 on the season and will return to the ice tonight when they face the Charlotte Checkers at 6 p.m. to continue their Rodeo Road Trip.
