Rampage open two game series with Bulldogs

The San Antonio Rampage (37-20-5-1) take on the Hamilton Bulldogs (30-24-9-0) tonight as they open up a two-game weekend series.

San Antonio enters the game with 80 points, good enough for fourth in the Western Conference and second in the West Division. Last night, the Silver and Black earned a 4-3 overtime win over the Oklahoma City Barons. Corban Knight, Wade Megan, Quinton Howden and Blake Parlett all scored goals in the victory.

Hamilton enters eighth in the Western Conference with 69 points.

San Antonio is 8-13-1-0 against the Montreal Canadians affiliate overall and were 1-3-0-0 last season. This season, they are a perfect 2-0-0-0 against Hamilton and will close out the two-game series tomorrow afternoon.

The Rampage and Bulldogs will drop the puck tonight at 7 p.m. at the AT&T Center. Stephen Anderson will have a full game report following the game.
