Rampage look to end skid as road trip continues


The San Antonio Rampage (28-18-4-0) look to snap their two-game losing streak when they continue their Rodeo Road Trip this morning against the Rockford IceHogs (27-18-4-2).

San Antonio is coming off a 2-1 loss to Rockford on Sunday, where they played a much better game despite the loss. Dan Ellis stopped all but two pucks he faced, while Connor Brickley extended his scoring streak in the loss. Rockford enters with 64 points compared to San Antonio’s 60.

The Silver and Black are 2-5-1-0 against the Midwest Division and 13-10-1-0 on the road. San Antonio is 16-20-0-2 all-time against the Chicago Blackhawks affiliate.

The Rampage and IceHogs will drop the puck at 10:30 a.m. inside the BMO Harris Bank Center. Samantha Garcia will have a full recap on the website later.
