Rampage continue homestand against Monsters

The San Antonio Rampage (34-19-5-1) continue their homestand tonight as they welcome the Lake Erie Monsters (26-24-5-3) to the AT&T Center for a two-game weekend series, beginning tonight.

San Antonio enters the game fourth in the Western Conference with 74 points. They are coming off a 3-2 overtime win over the Milwaukee Admirals on Wednesday evening at the AT&T Center. Brett Olson, Dany Heatley  and Jesse Blacker all scored goals in the win and Michael Houser stopped 33 of 35 shots to earn the second star of the night.

Lake Erie enters 12th in the Western Conference with 60 points. They suffered a 6-4 loss to the defending champion Texas Stars on Wednesday evening. The loss was their third in the past five games.


The Silver and Black are 18-11-1-0 against the Colorado Avalanche affiliate. Last season San Antonio won the season series 3-1.
