Rampage close out regular season in Austin

The San Antonio Rampage will close out the 2014-15 season in the Austin suburbs when they take on the Texas Stars (39-22-13-1) tonight at 7 p.m.

San Antonio is coming off a 3-2 loss to Texas on Friday night. Vincent Trocheck and Wade Megan both tallied goals for the silver and black, with the loss – the Rampage clinched the third seed in the Western Conference with 97 points and will play either Oklahoma City, Toronto or Chicago in the first round of the Calder Cup Playoffs.

Texas goaltender Jussi Rynnas finished the game with 52 saves on the night.


The Rampage and Stars will drop the puck tonight at 7 p.m. inside Cedar Park Center. Samantha Garcia will have a recap following the game.
