Rampage announce 2015-16 season schedule

It is nearly October and the puck is about to drop on the 2015-16 season San Antonio Rampage season.

The Rampage will open their 14th season in San Antonio on October 10 in Austin against in-state rival Texas Stars at 7 p.m. and the team will host the Stockton Heat in their home opener on October 24 at 7 p.m. inside the newly-renovated AT&T Center.

The silver and black will play a total of 76 games with 38 at home and 38 away. A weekend friendly schedule sees the Rampage play 13 Friday games, six Saturday games and 12 Sunday games. Friday games will have the start time of 7:30 p.m. and weeknight and Saturday games will begin at 7 p.m.


San Antonio will face off against their Pacific Division opponents, the Bakersfield Condors, Ontario (CA) Reign, San Diego Gulls, San Jose Barracuda and Stockton Heat six times with three coming at the AT&T Center. The Rampage will play 44 games against the Pacific Division and 32 games against the Central Division.

The Rampage will have four three-in-three’s and 15 back-to-back games in 2015-16, the fewest since 2006. San Antonio will have 10 home games in January with a franchise high nine game home stand. The annual Rodeo Road Trip will be an 11-game trip that will see the team travel more than 12,000 miles.

  • November 17 – School day game against the Texas Stars at 10:30 a.m.
  • February 5 – Breast Health Awareness Night as the Rampage play on pink ice against the Texas Stars.
  • March 4 – Military Appreciation Night against the Manitoba Moose
