Preview: Stars look to end skid in Washington

The San Antonio Stars will look to end their three-game losing streak when they face the Washington Mystics tonight in the nations capital.

San Antonio comes in with a record of 6-15 and sits fifth in the Western Conference. They are coming off a crushing 82-51 defeat to the Connecticut Sun on Tuesday. Jia Perkins led the Stars with 15 points in the loss as the Stars dropped to 0-10 on the road.

Washington enters tonight’s game with an 11-7 record and looks to sweep the two game season series with a win. Last Friday, the Mystics earned a 88-53 win over the silver and black. Kia Vaughn scored all 15 of her points in a first half for the Mystics in the win.
