The San Antonio Stars will look to grab their first road win of the 2015 season when they face the struggling Connecticut Sun this evening.
San Antonio (6-14) fell 80-78 to the Los Angeles Sparks on Sunday afternoon. Jia Perkins had 24 points and Kayla McBride added 17 in the loss, as the Sparks shot 53.5 percent from the field. The silver and black have allowed opponents to score 80 points in their past three games.
Connecticut (9-9) is looking to break their skid after a 7-1 start. Since then, they have gone just 2-8 and recently fell 83-70 to Indiana on Sunday. Kelsey Bone had 20 points and Alyssa Thomas added 18 in the loss.
Overall, San Antonio is 10-13 against Connecticut all-time. Last season, the teams split the season series with the road team coming out on top each time.
