Preview: Stars host Lynx in search of first win


The San Antonio Stars have not had success against the Minnesota Lynx recently. They will need their luck to change if they want to grab their first win of the season when the two teams meet tonight.

Minnesota enters the game with a record of 4-1 and tied for first place in the Western Conference. The Lynx are coming off a 67-52 win over the Los Angeles Sparks on Tuesday evening. Maya Moore and Seimone Augustus combined for 42 points in the victory.

The Stars are off to their worst start in ten years and come in with a record of 0-4. They are coming off a 88-61 loss to the Tulsa Shock on Tuesday morning. Jia Perkins and Sophia Young-Malcolm each posted 20 points in the loss. San Antonio lost their lone home game and will have four straight on their home court beginning tonight.
