The San Antonio Rampage (7-3-1-0) will continue their road trip when they take on the Rockford IceHogs (7-4-0-0) tonight at 7 p.m. at the BMO Harris Bank Center.
Last time out: San Antonio is coming off a 7-4 loss to the Grand Rapids Griffins on Wednesday morning. The Griffins scored seven goals between the second and third periods to grab the win, despite the Rampage holding a 4-2 lead in the middle stanza.
Special teams cold: The Rampage struggled on the power play against the Griffins, going 0-for-7. In their last three games, the Silver and Black are just 3-for-21 on the power play.
Against Rockford: Last season, the Rampage went undefeated against the IceHogs, going 3-0-0-1. Tonight will be the first of six meetings with the Chicago Blackhawks affiliate.
