The San Antonio Rampage will resume their road trip after the holiday break when they face their in-state rivals, the Texas Stars tonight in the Austin suburbs.
San Antonio earned their second straight win and a sweep of the Iowa Wild with a 2-1 win on Sunday. The Rampage enter the game with a 13-10-6-0 record, sitting third in the Pacific Division behind the San Diego Gulls and Ontario Reign.
Texas is coming off a 6-1 loss to the Grand Rapids Griffins on December 19. The lone goal came in the third period for the Stars, who gave up a season-high in goals in the defeat.
Overall, the Rampage are 11-17-9-2 against the Dallas Stars affiliate inside the Cedar Park Center.
