Preview: Rampage continue three-in-three weekend in Austin


The San Antonio Rampage will look to bounce back from two straight overtime losses when they face their in-state rival Texas Stars tonight at Cedar Park Center.

San Antonio fell 4-3 in overtime to the Chicago Wolves last night after giving up a lead late in regulation. Maxim Noreau, Borna Rendulic each tallied goals in the win. The Rampage are 5-0-3-0 and are the only team in the AHL without a regulation loss.

Texas earned a 4-2 win over Bakersfield on November 1. The Stars got goals from Jason Dickinson, Derek Hulak and Justin Dowling. The Stars are 7-2-0-1 (15 points) on the season.

Overall, the Rampage are 28-32-0-9-2 against the Dallas Stars affiliate. In their lone meeting of the season, San Antonio fell in overtime after losing a two goal lead in the second period.
