Vincent Trocheck was not getting much playing time with the parent club Florida Panthers, so he was sent down to the AHL affiliate.

Florida Panthers General Manager Dale Tallon announced on Tuesday the team has reassigned Vincent Trocheck to the San Antonio Rampage.

This season, Trocheck has six points with San Antonio and has appeared in 28 games with Florida, scoring four goals with nine assists.

The Rampage are now 22-13-3-0 on the season and will return to the ice tonight when they face the defending champion Texas Stars at the AT&T Center at 7 p.m.
