San Antonio FC (11-2-9) will look to get back on track when they open a two-game home stand as they welcome the Vancouver Whitecaps 2 (4-12-7) to Toyota Field for a midweek contest.

Last time out: SAFC earned a point in a scoreless 0-0 draw with OKC Energy FC last Saturday evening to close out a quick two-game road trip. The result continued a tough stretch for San Antonio, who has gone 1-1-3 in their last five matches.

Home cooking: San Antonio hopes two home matches against two of the worst teams in the Western Conference will help break them out of this funk. SAFC has not lost at home in 2017 and their last loss at Toyota Field came in September 2016.

Playoffs in sight: Entering play tonight, SAFC’s magic number for clinching their first playoff berth in franchise history is 20.

Against Vancouver: San Antonio plays Vancouver for the final time in the 2017 season tonight. SAFC owns a perfect 2-0-0 record against the Whitecaps, winning both meetings.

San Antonio FC and Vancouver will kick off at 7:30 p.m. from Toyota Field.

Match predictions:

Stephen Anderson: SAFC 3-1 Vancouver

Samantha Garcia: SAFC 2-0 Vancouver
