San Antonio FC (11-2-8) looks to rebound from a tough stretch when they take on OKC Energy FC (8-9-5) for the final time this season.
Last time out: SAFC suffered just their second loss of the season last weekend when they fell 0-2 to Reno 1968 FC in their first ever trip to Nevada in franchise history. Despite the defeat, San Antonio still owns the league’s best defense and has given up just 13 goals all season, the fewest in the USL.
Bumpy path: San Antonio will be looking for their first win in two matches on Saturday. After a hot start to the 2017 season, SAFC has won just one of its last five games, going 1-3-1 over the span.
Crowded at the top: Because of SAFC’s mini skid, the Western Conference table has gotten packed. Coming into play tonight, San Antonio sits third, tied with Swope Park (41 points) for second and are five points ahead of Reno (36 points) in fourth.
Against OKC: SAFC will meet OKC for the third and final time this season. Previously both teams earned a point in a pair of draws. Overall, SAFC is 0-1-4 against OKC in the all-time series.
San Antonio FC and OKC Energy FC will kick things off at 7:30 p.m.
Match predictions:
