Match #21 Preview: SAFC looks to rebound in Reno

San Antonio FC will look to get back on the right track when they take on Reno 1868 FC this evening in their first trip to Nevada in franchise history.

Last time out: SAFC earned a point in a 1-1 draw with Orange County last weekend after a late penalty kick in stoppage time saw the visiting take three points from San Antonio. Kris Typrak scored the lone goal for San Antonio in the second minute.

Last minute work: San Antonio FC has given up a late goal in three of their last four matches. Thus resulting in three out of a possible 12 points. Before SAFC’s win in Phoenix, San Antonio had been on a four game winless streak, including three consecutive draws.

Against Reno: San Antonio is 1-0 in their lone match against Reno. SAFC earned a 4-0 win over Reno at Toyota Field earlier this year.

San Antonio FC and Reno will kick off at 9:30 p.m. and you can catch the action on the USL’s YouTube page.
