San Antonio Rampage Rampage forward Rocco Grimaldi and defenseman Jordan Schmaltz have been selected Pacific Division Team at the 2018 AHL All-Star Classic, the American Hockey League announced.

This is the first All-Star selections for Grimaldi and Schmaltz, making it the second straight season that the Rampage have had two players representing San Antonio at the All-Star Classic.

For the season, Grimaldi has posted 12 goals and seven assists with the Rampage, becoming the seventh player in franchise history to record at least 100 points. Meanwhile Schmaltz has five goals and 14 helpers.


The 2018 AHL All-Star Classic will take place Jan. 28-29 at the Adirondack Bank Center in Utica, N.Y.
