San Antonio FC goalkeeper and team captain Josh Ford has had his four-game suspension reduced to three matches, the team announced on Wednesday.
Originally, Ford had been suspended for four matches following a confrontation in last Saturday’s match against Oklahoma City. SAFC appealed the ruling in an attempt to reduce Ford’s suspension. The end result was one game being taken off the ban and the captain will now miss three matches.
Ford has played in 15 games with SAFC, allowing 13 goals and making 43 saves.
