Florida Panthers send 12 players to Rampage

The San Antonio Rampage are set to open training camp tomorrow with their first on-ice action scheduled for Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m. Fans can expect to see some familiar faces when the silver and black return to the ice to begin preparation for the upcoming season.

The Florida Panthers announced the team has assigned Connor Brickley, Sam Brittain, Michael Houser, Steven Hodges, Josh McFadden, John McFarland, Brett Olson, Jonathan Racine, Logan Shaw and Shayne Taker to the Rampage.

Bobby Butler, Joey Crabb, Ryan Martindale and Garrett Wilson were placed on waivers and will also be assigned to San Antonio.

The Rampage will open the 2014-15 season on Friday, October 10 against the Iowa Wild at the AT&T Center at 7:30 p.m.
