Blues assign Butler to Rampage

The St. Louis Blues have assigned defenseman Chris Butler to the San Antonio Rampage, the team announced on Sunday.

Butler appeared in two games for the Blues so far in the 2018-19 season, scoring a goal on Saturday night. Last season the 31-year-old appeared in 61 games for the Rampage, scoring eight goals and posting 29 points.

The Rampage are currently 1-0-0 on the season and will return to the ice on Tuesday night when they welcome the Milwaukee Admirals to the AT&T Center at 7 pm CT.
