The Incarnate Word Cardinals (1-3) will open up a quick two game road trip on Friday when they take on the Utah Utes (3-1) this afternoon.
Last time out: UIW earned their first win of the 2017 season with a 76-58 victory over UHMB on Monday. The Cardinals were led by freshman and sophomore guards in the win.
Young leaders: Sophomore guard Imani Robinson leads UIW in scoring with 11.3 points per game and in rebounding with four per game. Melina Merritt is right behind her with four points per game.
Against Utah: Today will be the first meeting between the schools in program history.
UIW and Utah will tip things off at 4 p.m.
