San Antonio FC (5-0-1) will close out their three-game road trip this evening when they take on the Portland Timbers 2 (1-5-0) this evening at 9:30 p.m.

Last time out: SAFC earned a 3-2 win over Seattle, remaining undefeated on the season. The win was hard fought as Billy Forbes and Devin Vega notched goals and San Antonio’s defense held the Sounders 2 offense at bay long enough to secure three points.

Portland: Portland earned a 2-0 victory last Saturday over Sacramento, getting into the win column for the first time all season.

Striker power: Billy Forbes has scored five goals this season, tying the most for an individual dating back to the inaugural 2016 season.

Against Portland: SAFC and Portland will meet just for the second time in franchise history. The two clubs fought to a 1-1 draw in their lone meeting in the 2016 season.

San Antonio FC and Portland Timbers 2 will kick things off at 9:30 p.m. and you can follow Red Black 90 across all social media for live updates.

Match Predictions:

Stephen Anderson: SAFC 2-1 Portland
Samantha Garcia: SAFC 3-1 Portland
