The San Antonio Rampage (19-11-3-0, 41 points) continue their six-game road trip when they face Adirondack Flames (21-14-1-1, 44 points) tonight for the final time at Glen Falls Civic Center.
San Antonio enters the game coming off a 4-3 overtime win over the Toronto Marlies on Sunday afternoon. Bobby Butler and Rocco Grimaldi recorded multi-point games in the win. Goaltender Dan Ellis made 20 saves on 23 shots from Toronto. Just over five minutes into overtime, Grimaldi tallied the game-winning goal off a breakaway.
The Flames comes into the game with a 4-0 shutout win over the Rochester Americans on Saturday night. Adirondack goaltender Brad Thiessen stopped all 21 shots he faced as Sven Baertschi recorded two goals in the win. Corbin Knight and Ken Agostino also lit the lamp in the victory.
San Antonio is 0-1 against Adirondack this season, falling 7-6 on October 29. Stephen Kampfer, Shane O’Brien, Garrett Wilson Logan Shaw, Bobby Butler and Rocco Grimaldi all got goals in the loss.
The Rampage and Flames will drop the puck tonight at 6 p.m. inside the Glen Falls Civic Center. Samantha Garcia will have a full game story later.
