An injury means one open roster spot and just hours before gametime, the San Antonio Rampage have filled it.

Rampage General Manager Eric Joyce announced late Saturday afternoon the team has recalled forward Stephan Vigier from the ECHL’s Cincinnati Cyclones.

Vigier has eight goals and five assists in 25 games for Cincinnati this season and played for the South Carolina Stingrays in the 2013-14 campaign.

San Antonio forward Steven Hodges will be held out of tonight’s game with an upper body injury and Vigier is expected to take his spot.

The Rampage own a record of 17-9-2-0 for 36 points, good enough for sixth in the Western Conference. The team will take the ice tonight at 7 p.m. when they host the Oklahoma City Barons inside the AT&T Center.
