The San Antonio Rampage (17-9-3-0, 37 points) close out a busy three-in-three weekend on the road as they face their in-state rivals and defending Calder Cup Champions Texas Stars (12-10-8-0, 32 points) this afternoon in the Austin suburbs.

San Antonio enters the game sixth in the Western Conference and are coming off a 2-1 overtime loss to the Oklahoma City Barons on Saturday night. Goaltender Michael Houser finished with 37 saves on 39 shots and Brett Olsen tallied the lone goal in the loss. The game will mark the final game of 2014 for the silver and black and the month, where San Antonio has gone 4-3-2 so far.

Texas currently sits tenth in the Western Conference and enter the game with a 4-2 win over the Charlotte Checkers on Saturday night. Former Rampage center Greg Rallo scored his ninth goal of the year and goaltender Jussi Rynnas stopped 28 of 30 shots.

The Silver and Black are 25-27-7-2 overall against the Stars, including a perfect 3-0 start so far this season. San Antonio has a total of 18 goals against the Dallas Stars affiliate through three games this season.
