Avalanche sign Andreas Martinsen


The Colorado Avalanche have signed forward Andreas Martinsen to a one-year contract, it was announced on May 15.

The 24-year-old played for Dusseldorfer of the Germany Professional League. He finished with 41 points on the season and team-high 99 penalty minutes in 50 games.  He also played in the 2015 IIHF World Championship in the Czech Republic.
