Avalanche re-assign Jeremy Smith to Rampage


The Colorado Avalanche have reassigned goaltender Jeremy Smith to the San Antonio Rampage, the team announced on Thursday.

Smith returns to San Antonio after serving as a backup goaltender for Colorado. For the season, the goaltender has a .903 save percentage, and 2.60 goals-against average.

The Rampage will return to the ice tomorrow when they face the San Diego Gulls at 9 p.m.
