The San Antonio Scorpions announced they have re-signed captain Adrian Cann on Thursday afternoon. He will be available when the red and black face Jacksonville on Saturday night.

Last season Cann played in 20 matches and had the game-winning goal to give the Scorpions the win in the 2014 NASL Fall Season Championship. He was injured last November, with a tear of his left patella tendon. Doctors have given Cann the thumbs up and he is medically cleared to play.

The Scorpions are currently 0-1-2 on the season and will return to the pitch tomorrow night when they face Jacksonville Armada FC at 6:30 p.m.
